Di will be providing multiple classes each week. Ranging from beginners through to a Hatha flow and Hatha slow- for those a little more in the know, as well as unique class combining aromatherapy & yoga

Begin your yoga journey with Di, who will guide you through a beginner class. A safe space where we observe and respect our body‘s boundaries. Offering a loving stretch, perfect to build flexibility and awaken our body, connecting with our breath before moving into a deep relaxation.
Di leads this traditional Yoga Asana practice, where we explore a luxurious deep stretch. Strengthening connective tissue, fascia and muscle, while building connection to our inner world through a mindful breath based practice.

A unique class blends therapeutic grade essential oils with yoga. Each week Di will choose an oil for reflection, based on the beautiful work of Robbie Zeck’s blossoming heart. “Essential oils with their subtle qualities can penetrate our consciousness, allowing situations to be viewed from a different perspective”.
